RFID in Japan

Digiens@u-City is a new English-language blog from Korea. It also discusses RFID in Korea and other Asian countries. So far I've seen some nice introductions of classic projects.

Another new asian site is RFID Focus, which I believe is located in Singapore. Nicely designed.
