NaviLink System

Capcom and Takara will soon roll out so-called NaviLink, which is a system that makes heterogeneous game machines interoperable by using IC-chipped cards. Players use their Navi Data Chips to store character data, which can be shared across different game machines including GBA ("Rockman Exe 6"), electronic toys ("Link Pet Ex"), and arcade game machines (Battle Chip Stadium). Rockman Exe is a popular game among elementary school boys.

Players can use mobile game devices for raising their characters "anywhere at anytime" and then use arcade game machines to communicate/have fun with friends by showing off their characters and making them fight with each other.
